Version Loading Error

So I've been playing RotMG ( sort of perfectly... (sometimes the game loads up, sometimes it says version loading error, so I just close and re-open and sometimes it works). I'm from Australia but I'm in China for holiday, I just downloaded Left For Dead 2 On steam and I closed steam, and reopened it, but now everysingle time i open RotMG it says "Initializing" and then "version loading error, retrying" there hasn't been a single time in the last 50 tries that has said ," Loading game client ...1%-100% " Any suggestions or tips to maybe allow me to play?
