It's very debateable, since skill is still more valuable than anything that can be purchased. You can easily enjoy everything this game has to offer without spending anything. So I'd say it's not pay2win. Also, there is no PvP in this game. Winning is an illusion. All that matters is skill.
Because without it, all is lost with death :gravestone:

This game is nice and simple, had lots of fun maxing out charas.
VERY EASY GAME TO GET INTO. And to max out levels.
I played this game for free only, wanted to pitch in $$$
when it was web version. Anyone can DL it and play it,
only take 2-5 MINs!! lols. Doesnt even need to be
discussed really.

Devolopers do have make a living somehow. Not sure why
people go apenuts when a game trys to sells something
