i don't know what i have missing as i got all soundtracks all boss moves free blackrabbit all bb requests what else am i missing?

I don't know if it's just a bug or something, but every time I try to get the "In Its Code" Achievement, attacking Black Rabbit turns off the arcade like it should in the game but Black Rabbit will not appear through the arcade cabinet. I created the POPGOES Arcade folder and renamed it to AppData in the Roaming folder many times, reinstalled the game many times and restarted and the files are still not saved. I have tried many things, including checking the antivirus. What should I do?
