Recording model problem
I've recorded an engineer running and shooting a pistol and I want to add a tf2 hat to him. I lock the root transfer and bip_head but as soon as I move the 'zero' slider the model goes to the start of the shot and I can't move him. PLEASE HELP

are you sure you are in the motion editor?
try restarting sfm
if you are using a All class hat it might not work, you need the correct one for the class
