Demoman + Bounty Hat = Failure, help?

I can't seem to attach it to him, I've attached the rootTransform and bip+head but I don't know what I attach prp_hat to as demo does not have one. Anyone know what I'm meant to do here as if I leave prp_hat the hat is upside-down and covers the demo's face.

Yup, your right... So instead of locking the bip_head from the demo to the bip_head of the hat, lock the bip_head of the demo to the prp_hat of the hat. Then use the default slider instead of the zero slider on prp_hat. This will put the hat in a closer location to where it should be. now just use the move and rotate maniplulators on prp_hat to adjust it into the place you want it. Release the lock on prp_hat and rebind the locks on rootTransform and bip_head to keep it in place. (From Demo to the hat)
