the other option is to move the playhead one frame after, make what move you need, then move the keyframe on top of the previous one.
say for example, you wanted to cut to a different camera angle, but didn't want to blade the shot. what you do is set a keyframe down where you want the change to happen. Then move the playhead one frame forward. move the camera to the new position, that'll create a second keyframe. then move that keyframe one frame back so it's on top of the one you set before.
it's a dirty method, and you will have to tweak the curves. but it works.
