Hammer being mean

Hammer no longer runs any maps correctly.
It's been doing this for about three days.

When I hit "run map" and click okay, it does everything lightning fast and does nothing to get the map working in SFM. The HDR and everything is still screwed up(It also crashes when you move the camera).

There is one thing in the message box of Hammer,

"Couldn't load filter file C:\ Program Files (x86) \ Steam\ SteamApps\ common\ SourceFilmmaker\ game\ bin\ filters\ dispilters.txt ! "

...Did I do something wrong? Any fix?

There's been another update today, and the news says "fixed hammer crash". Maybe it works now?

Nah, I tried it again, thinking the same thing.

If I need to uninstall, I will.
