[HELP] I Can't Lipsync

Hi mates, I was trying to make a new animation here, and i was trying to lipsync a sound to scout, i know how to lipsync, i made in other animations, but nowadays idk what is happening that i can't lipsync anymore,is not working, SFM says here ''Animation set 'scout' missing preset group 'phoneme' '' , can anyone help me?

Probably a player model instead of the HWM model...

If ur trying to animate tf2 characters lip sync, open the tf_movies models. They have limited face controls but it's easy to lip sync
