Gmod maps into SFM
I need help. BADLY! I want to import some maps from Garry's Mod into SFM. I dont know how to do that and I'm also not that good with game files and all that other stuff. Is there an easy way to get the maps into SFM?

You mean you can't save it as a batch file? What exactly are you doing?
Also, turn your capslock off. That usually helps.

The guide said to put .bat at the end of the name of the text document. It says that Windows will complain about the file extension and then it will turn into a Batch file. But it isn't working for me. Please help me!

don't bother with that. Whenever I do it, I just use cmd.exe, with gmad.exe placed inside of a folder on my desktop

I'll ask again, what exactly are you doing? Are you right clicking the file and renaming it? I'm a little worried for you if you can't even rename files.

But yeah, some people also say the .bat doesnt work. Namely, the person two comments under you on the guide. Reading is key.

What I'm doing is this: I'm clicking Rename and putting .bat at the end of the name. Windows will then say that you changed the file extension and it will bacome a batch file. But it isn't working. PLEASE HELP ME!! Also, what is cmd.exe?

cmd.exe is command prompt. You can use the normal windows command prompt to run gmad to unpack all the files into another specific folder.
