Source Filmmaker Smooth Animation

I have been using the "round" slider and it has partially working. Some shots work, while others
are not smooth. They just jerk around.

Well, it worked for one video. Then it stopped working for the next.

Use lots of keyframes. Keyframes are 'key' to good animation c;

I fugured it out. I had an audio track selected instead of the clip.
