SFM isnt loading at all

so basically when i click on sfm it gets onto the loading screen and almost immediatley comes up with 'SFM.exe has stopped working' i waited and it says it cant find a solution. P.S im on a vista

If you've added custom content (models or maps from outside the SFM package) move them out of the usermod folder and re-try launching SFM. If that fails or you haven't loaded any custom content, launch SFM and select Launch SDK. Reset the game configurations, Say ok to the changes and try again.
