Having trobule getting that Hatsune miku rig!

Im trying to merge the models and materials folders! But it wont Merge! When i try to do it it does absolutley nothing And when i try to open the folder it keeps on giving me this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about a missing shortcut and blah blah blah!
