sfm cannot load ifm.dll

I have recently donwloaded sfm and whenever i try to load it it says cannot load ifm.dll. i checked and the files there. Iv reinstalled uninstalled verifyed cache and rebooted my pc. still gives me the error if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.
