Should be fine in theory. SFM can be a bit picky with laptops, but I'd say your chances are good.

i recently downloaded this software on the exact same spec cp, and i cant even start it. i think it could be a problem w/ steamcloud, because chivalry wont open on my cp either, but any1 have a solution?

I've been reading in the discussions here that some users that have Nvidia cards are turning off the secure boot in bios to get SFM to work. Do a search on the forum like Secure boot and you may be able to find the posts.

Yes, when I installed it a few months ago, it crashed during startup. Now I am trying to reinstall it to see if I can do it this time.
