Lights resting bug?

I'm not sure if it's me, or a bug, but everytime i tried to adjust a light colour, the rest of my lights (intensty mainly) would rest to default. If anyone knows whats causing this (probably me), let me know. Thanks

Maybe you modified everything but colour at one place in time, and now have a different time selection, so when you edit it and the time jumps to what you have selected to show you what you're doing, it jumps out of when everything else was modified?
