cannot sign into youtube to publish sfm in sfm

I am typing exactly what i do to sign into youtube in sfm to publish animation,what should i type as username if my email for youtube is [e-mail] and youtube name is Fatso Snodgrass?

Do not use SFM to upload, upload directly to Youtube.
