Medigun Particles
I've been having trouble finding out which medibeam particle is the best.

Even if I found one that I like, I don't know how to move it around to make it look like it's actually healing someone else.

Can anyone help?

Have you watched the official tutorials? The example they use in the chapter on particles is the healing beam.
