Problem "Rounding" a Pose to Pose Animation

Probably one of the newbist question of the day. But I promise you I tried. I don't want to rage-quit and give it another couple days. I want to start something new and experience something better.

The tutorial Valve posted on Youtube is not working for me. I've seen other tutorials how and it's the same thing for me how the animation is NOT rounding properly.

So the problems I am experiencing while playing around in SFM were:

Between Bookmarks - Maybe this is the most problematic situation that is preventing me to animate. I've seen tutorials the people skip one bookmark to another by hitting the brackets. I did the same as what the tutorial had shown. Instead, mines were placed between the middle two bookmarks. I don't know were there another key (shift+Bracket?) to help go one to second mark. Regardless, it's not letting me animate from the first bookmark to the second. I scrolled the green highlight to the right when making another pose in case you have doubts. The screenshot below is what I meant between bookmarks. (just two points for now)

Maybe that's why I can't do animation. I can't perform the fallof.

I dont think you can skip between bookmarks in motion editor by pressing [] buttons except graph editor. To create fallof, Shift + scroll wheel up on the green overlay.

the skipping between bookmarks you can do, but only as he described. to round you have to select a period of time on either side of a bookmark, not between bookmarks. then add a falloff and slide the round slider.

so the process is,

have you bookmarks representing poses.

pick a bookmark and highlight from a few frames before, to a few frames after.

shift scroll to falloff.

slide round slider.
