Can i froze the time for all moving character exept one?

For example: there is character a, b and c. I want character C to move but A and B must froze. Please help

In the animation set editor, select characters A and B, then in the motion editor select the time frame for which A and B are frozen, then right click and select Delete Samples. Character C will continue to move if you made him, and A and B will be frozen in their position.

I want to make a poster, and i want A and B to hold their pose (made with taunts) while i make C's (also with taunt)

In motion editor, move your playhead to the which taunt pose you want keep, apply playhead slider.
