Issues starting the game in main menu

So i have this problem when i open the game, i cant open my game because it feels like my arrow key is stuck and keeps running fast through the menu, have to time the clicking really fast and it is annoying, worst part is that it wont let me open my saved game but starts all over again and i dont know what to do, when ingame the menu is fine, any clues how to fix this problem??

Maybe you do actually have dirt or something stuck under one of the keys which could be causing the problem, other than clean your keyboard or try another keyboard, that's all I can help with, sorry.

the problem is not in the keyboard, it is clean and laptop is not older then 1 year, if the problem was in keyboard then i would not be able to use menu ingame but ingame it works

Unplug your Xbox controler or move it so the joystick sn't pinned down? Sounds like that's your problem to me.

check all your external controllers, i had to unplug my racing wheel.
