B lack screen and hearing only the soundtrack ?!?

I tried everything for fixin this damn black screen, i hear only the soundtrack and if i move the mouse i hear the touchin sound on menu, i tried everything to put the game on windowed mode to set the resolution in game but nothing, i've lookin for the prefer.ini file but seems like the game wont create one untill u get in a new game..Any help please ?
