If you bought or registered your Steam version on Origin then all the DLC should already be bundled in with the game. All you need to do is go to [C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mass Effect\Binaries] and edit [MassEffect]'s compatability settings to [Win. XP SP2]. Run the game, and check your DLC. Both [Pinnicle Station] and [BDtS] should show up. Additionally, I'm running the game as the Administrator, so if it doesn't show up with the previous step, then do that as well.
Pinnacle Station is nothing more than a bunch of time trials with no relevance to the game or the story and no effect on future games or the future story. Believe me when I say you are missing absolutely nothing.
I loved the black and red so much that I made all my armor in ME2 and ME3 black and red.
You can just install Bring Down the Sky using the installer, it works with the Steam version, you just need to have run ME on Steam once before installing.

Then you didn't get the installer from the link I posted just above. That one doesn't need a key.
Apparently you can then transfer the DLC files but I don't know the exact steps since I already owned PS from when it WAS available.
You mean Pinnacle Station?
It's on Origin (it works with the Steam copy though), which means it needs to be downloaded from my Origin account. Even if I could upload the DLC it requires a serial key.
Not to mention it would be illegal for me to distribute the DLC like that.
You'd need to install ME1 via Origin. Find the DLC folders and move them. Then uninstall the Origin version so you can install the Steam version again and then move the DLC folders to the relevant folder there. I believe you need to edit a file to get the DLC to show up but I don't know the details on that bit.
