Full HD monitor but only 1650x1050

I have resolution set to 1920x1080 also on game.cfg its set to 1920x1080 but im getting only 1650x1050 resolution how can i fix this ?

check it's 16:9 not 16:10 in the config.

Cant see any option on the config file.
