Upgrade Data Fixed:
- Pulper & Sawyer no longer freeze the game on being built.

"SuperBuild" Fixed
- Pressing all available building options will no longer result in a single building that produces all the outputs of all possible buildings.

Demo Feedback

This was neat. It was not always clear what exactly a building needed as when I pulled a resource over a tile the icons that showed up were kind of small. And it would be nice if things would finish building when I had a resource choice waiting. But I can see how it all adds into the challenge of mastering the mechanics of the game....

The Roguelike Rebuild is Here!

Hello! It’s been a while.

Today I’m happy to announce that Firekeep’s getting a long-awaited, much needed overhaul in this latest update. I’ve completely overhauled the UI, the core building systems, the level selection AND rebuilt the upgrade trees to make them modular!

This update has been a long time coming, and is based on all the great feedback I've been getting from players. In previous versions, the only major challenge was learning how all the different buildings upgrade, then choosing your preferred optimal building combinations, then using that combination until you reach the final island. With this update, I'm hoping to give players a wide array of options to express themselves and explore, while also having to plan strategically around their current building options - that being said, there's still a ton of buildings to come, so you likely won't be able to complete tougher islands in this build just yet. Don't worry - more buildings are coming, and you won't have to wait as long as it took for this update. There's also an updated Demo with all of the new changes if you just want to sample the new stuff!

Could really use some more tooltips

This game is really lacking in tooltips - especially when hovering resources. For example, in the upgrade options, it shows you what each upgrade will provide, but hovering those resources will not show what the resource is. I found it hard to figure out what is "advanced" food / resources because of this, I had no idea what the pollution meant. In general the UX here could use some love, but the bare minimum is adding tooltip to pretty much every icon in the game. There's no reason to have an icon withou...

Bug restarting island

Hi, In the second island, I clicked Restart Island, it zoomed out, and showed a windmill rolling, like that for a few minutes. I realized it was stuck, so I pressed ESC then Restart Island again, and it zoomed in back to the island just as it was before trying for the first time. This repeated several times....
