Hi, I bought this game last night, but it continually crashes back to my Steam Library whenever I try to load it. Any suggestions before I claim a refund? Thanks

After playnig this game i need to complete one last achievement about finding a dog ? I'm groing tired about playing this game without knwing what they mean with it. There should be one in each scenario but i don't see one anywhere. Am i missing something here ? please help....

There is a bug in the game that does not let me continue. When I go to the third level it sends me to the main menu and and them I press Continue Button and sends me to the second level and but I can´t play it. I have tried it on another pc and it seems that it works...
