Will only run minimized?

Hey is something wrong with this game? I can't seem to play it on my desktop it will not restore/maximize/resize; anytime I click or switch to the task my screen flashes and then it minimizes again. I can see it when I hover over the program that it indeed is running.

I am running windows 7 x64 I've tried single and dual monitor (sometimes it makes a difference). But no dice, if anyone knows where the graphics control .ini file is ( if there is one) or if there is a way to make it run window'd that would be awesome.

Found the solution put uplink -graphics_fullscreen in your run line option
