I've run into multiple weapons that "shake/shudder" the monitor screen like mad on every single shot, even if the game's screenshake option is completely DISabled. So maybe add a separate "weapon screenshake" slider or toggle because clearly the overall screenshake option does NOT affect screenshaking-weapons at all. Screenshake for some is just annoying/uncomfortable, for others it's a nausea trigger....
