It's not listed on the store page and I never bothered trying because it would suck with a controller. As far as a frame cap I'm also not sure, my monitor is 60hz so I run with vsync.

I don't think it supports a controller.
Besides, playing a game as hard as this with a controller would be absolutely retarded.

I don't see it that way. Using a controller for 15 years. Played hard games using a controller without issues.

That's probably because those games have been designed with controllers in mind. The PC versions of GRAW and GRAW 2 are not the same as the console versions. They are different games, made by different developers, with vastly different goals in mind. The story is the same, but that's about it. PC: Slow paced and methodical. Console: Arcadey, with cover mechanics.
