It will probably be free because on the web download its free they might release it after Xen and BMDM comes out?

Its a mod and should be free.

However if those guys make there own game then Greenlight would be good.
They would need to licence source for Greenlight though.
Where as for a mod they do not.

This is opening a whole can of worms. I love modding myself but using Greenlight would require a engine licence of source or whatever engine they go for. Plus Half Life is copy-written by Valve. They would need to do some sort of a deal for royalties to the original devs and Valve.

Black Mesa should be only on source anyhow. If this is given a greenlight then it is only a matter of time before everyone starts remaking older games.

That in itself is not a bad idea as some older games do need to be brought up to modern standards but I would prefer that the original devs did it. Since they are the ones who would know what the left out.
