My Game's zoomed in

my game's so zoomed in i can't access anything exept the options menue, whick is also too zomed in to change the reselution, and the quit game button. this has transfered to all my halflife 1 games, how can i fix this?

-windowed on launch options, then configure your video options, and change to fullscreen if you want. (Don't forget to remove the launch option!) Try -gl too. (-gl -windowed)

It might be that you use the display scaling either on your display or in the Windows Display Panel. Check these settings first. Try set hl.exe properties in compatibility tab to disable scaling, and check the your display menu to set correct aspect ratio and scale boundaries.
