GTA4 Console commands?

What are some of the console commands? I was wondering if there are some to give you god mode, weapons, etc. I know there are console commands because i can do "spawn infernus" by pressing ` and it spawns any car i want, aslong as i type its name in.

GTA IV cheat codes are formatted like phone numbers and are entered via Niko's cell phone.

Beware, though. Activating some cheats will prevent certain achievements from being earned.

I knew about Cheats, having beat the game over 5 times, but it's the first i've played it on PC and wondered if Console did anything. Thanks anyway.

Use mods such as Simple Native Trainer. It won't disable achievements, and there are a lot of features. Check it out here: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-65-f2115
But be aware. you need an ASI loader such as dsound. I think the trainer link will provide you links to ASI loaders.
