GTA IV does not start - Please Help!

Hello,
I have a Problem. When I start Grand Theft Auto 4, then nothing happens.
Steam shows me the Serial Key and activate Securom and then my Cursor load something but when I wait a Second the Cursor is just Normal and nothing happens.

I have Windows 8 (64-Bit)

I Had the same Problem
You need to Download the Windows Live Client for Windows 8:

I Installed The Games 4 Win Live and the sign up assistant but still nothing happens
