Soon as i activate FD mod i instantly get a 5 star wanted level,can anyone help please
soon as i go on duty my wanted level goes to 5 stars,can someone help me fix this please

You need to unlock all islands, when you select the department in an island you dont have unlocked youll get stars. Download Simple Native Trainer and do
1. Unlock All Islands
or
2.Wanted level Never
