GAME WONT START (Windows 10)
So when I start it, it goes through the social club thing and then I click play and everything seems to go fine until the second black screen with white text. It just stops there. When I alt-tab out, the game stays up. I have to ctrl-alt-del and log out through that in order for the game to close. It doesn't even get to the rockstar logo before it freezes. I just bought the game and haven't been able to play it at all. WTF. And downloading GFWL doesnt work either. Just in case you need to know, my specs are as follows:

Intel i5 7th Gen Quad-Core Processor
Discrete Graphic 4GB vRAM
Geforce GTX 1080 ti (the 8 GB ram version)

My computer can literally run every game in existence currently, except for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GTA IV. So I know it's something wrong with the game itself. Please help, and thanks.

Thank you so much. It works and I can go in-game now. The only problem is the mouse doesn't work in-game.

Huh! The mouse problem is fixed. Don't know what I did but it's either not running it in compatibility mode or using the command "-memrestrict 681574400".
