So I have a GTX 1060 and and I5-6400k and I get anywhere from 30 to 50 fps. My frames are constantly jumping all over the place and I know it's not a hardware issue, so does anybody know what the problem is?

The game is a terrible port, nothing you can do except reduce your settings.

I play the game at max settings expect for detail distance a view Distance at 75. I get from 65-80fps +
But I got a i7 4790K with a GTX 1070

Turn off night shadows

Just run the game at high settings its the same thing. Also if you have dual graffics cards it might give the game a hard time selecting which one to use.
