GTA IV 2017-2018: Mods=Ban????

Hello my friends: of i modded the game or just screwed with files like adding new graphics mod,handline,Texture cars,Trainer(i forgot how it wrote sorry),list but not least sounds effect like adding Dodge Viper loud sound to some cars, is it allow? i don`t want to get ban and i just don`t know of i gonna get ban for this thing or something.

Modding is allowed. The ban that existed for a little while was effective on GTA V, not IV.

Just dont go online with mods that alter the way the game is played.
While there's barely any moderation left, it would just be a jerk move to do so towards others.

so i can modding this game but i must not using any mod in online? like the cheats right

could u give me the ban reasons? i mean what is the thing of i did it will ban me

It would be a windows live ban. (Xbox live) people would report your gamer tag cus that's what they see in game. Basically anything you would classify as destruping other people's fun could get u a temp ban. You can even get a temp ban just for texting bad language. (Don't get in a flame war with people that use words like f3ck. Or bit(h. People like that bate others). Don't freeze peoples game. (Don't play god). Leave people that don't like mods alone. Create your own game with. "Trainer" as part of the name of the game. Be a good person and people will have no problem with u. Troll and u will be reported/kicked from games.

I have been doing it on GTA IV Online for a long time now and I have not been banned yet for it. And If you get banned then just get a VPN to change your IP Address, Make a new Windows Live Account, Set up your Windows Live Gamer ID and you can log back on to GTA IV Online with your new Windows Live ID. The Moderators/Admins don't care anymore unless other players report you properly to the right people with evidence like a screen shot, A video or something like that otherwise I don't think you will get banned for doing it on GTA IV Online. As for GTA IV Offline, You will not get banned at all for doing that in offline mode, you just got to becareful doing it in online mode.

Yes, You need to download a Mod Menu/Trainer, open up the .ZIP File with WinRar and then move the 2 files to the "CD Images Folder". Look up "How to install GTA IV Mods" on YouTube and that should help you out.

i already add graphics mod and handline its too easy when i tryed the menu i need to use the DSound.DLL and when i put it in the game file the game won`t Start opening
i want the menu any links-Tutoriel-files anything like this

What is the name of the Mod you are using?, There should be videos on YouTube on how to fix your Mod up or use Open IV to fix your Mod up.

You don't need .DSound.DLL for the XMC Mod Menu and the Zolika 1351 Mod Menu. All you need to do is put of the ".IMG" files in the "CD Images" Folder located in the GTA IV Folder and done.
