Stuck On Loading

Is anyone else having issues with this game all of a sudden where it gets stuck with the balck screen with the white writing before the R* logo appears and then when something does happen the R* logo is there for ages? This never used to happen to me and now it does. I can never seem to get this game loaded. The bit with the black screen and white writing only seems to move when I press on the Start button to try and shut the game down. As I said, all this this never used to happen.

Thanks for the link but I quit on asking R* because all they do is blame my internat connection and my laptop.
