Here it is, how do i play candy dawn like him? Is he using mod or something?

You can cycle through all the game's character models by putting -developerkeys either in a command line (like steam's) or at the end of a shortcut's target), and then in game press f11, and use page up and page down to cycle through character models. If you're looking for candy dawn, find dawn_candy, all models are in alphabetical order, starting at max payne. Also, a lot of these models are missing some of Max Payne's animations so you won't be able to shootdodge or use certain weapons correctly with some of them.
