Yes you can, however the game officially supports only the Xbox 360 controller. You can simulate one using a program called x360ce, but I'm not going to help you with that, you'll have to figure how it works on your own.
Originating from Xbox 360, the controls are great, though I found that as long as you can keep a soild 60 FPS the KB/M controls are just as good (if not better).
only for this and a small handful of games. Usually prefer K&B. Same with Binary Domain and the Resident Evil games.....
