Arma 3 map pack

I have asked this before, with no result - so I plead again. I have downloaded Arma 3 map pack 1.4. Installed it, so that it shows up in my Expansions list on the Arma III main menu. I cannot get any maps to work - I keep getting a bin/config.bin/cfgworlds XXX error on every map for every scenario. How do I get round this?

Try to see if you can get the Arma 3 Launcher to load it by going to the Add-Ons tab. If not, double and triple check that you have installed the pack PROPERLY with the appropriate folder structure using @A3MP in your game directory. Make sure any loose files are where they are supposed to be. Like BISigns or BIKeys.

im trying to download it but it says double click part1 and when i do it just downloads a copy and takes 2 more GB
