Need info about TDM

So yeah Im new to arma 3 Ive play a few things but when i Try and play TDM I always start with nothing I get the gun store on the other modes but dont know how to get weapons/Loadouts in TDM which Id really like to play.... Plus still trying to figure everything out and what mods I need I downloaded a bunch then try to play but alot of stuff doesnt work after words.... anyways TDM help please.
