Deathly subs

Every time i go underwater in a sub i have spawned using the editor. The game thinks my player is swimming. I can turn, go forward and bacward fine, but when i go underwater, it has the blurry blue effect, then the screen fades and i die of suffocation. Also i can open the hatch underwater. Is this just me or is it everyone?, How do i fix it?
