Apex Sneak Preview FPS drop and black screen

Hi, the game work great but sometimes when i play something like one hour, sometimes less sometimes more, my framerate goes down to 2 frame per second and i can see some trees appear and disappear again and again and my character is broken i can see his body get out from his clothes. Sometimes everything come back to normal after 1mn but sometimes after that i get a black screen and i can always hear the others players talk in the voip and i need to use the task manager for close the game. Someone else have this issue? (sorry for my bad english i'm french)

I have this issue without any mod and i have an i7 4960x 3.6 Ghz (six cores) Gtx 980ti SLI and 16 GB ram.

Happens with and without mods. Neither no malloc or tbb4malloc_bi fixes it. Game breaking. Completely reinstalled game (cleaned registry) and it still occurred.

Intel Core i7-5820K @ 3.30GHz
16 GB RAM
X99 -DELUXE Motherboard
GTX 970

Happens to me and friends. Nothing is overheating. Shift and - and doing flush does not help.
