Overpowered AI

The AI reaction system needs to be fixed. I'm pretty sure while I'm laying rounds into somebodies arm (which would've gone through their arm and bypass their vest), they wouldn't be able to respond in a tenth of a second and hit me directly in the very small part of my head that wasn't protected by my helmet. It's pretty hard to actually use tactics, and consider this game realistic, when the AI pulls ♥♥♥♥ like that.

You can adjust the AIs skills to whatever you want in SP or in the Editor. If the AI are too hard for you then just turn them down. If you still cant beat them on novice then thats very very frightening.
