Would this work
I'm buying a new PC soon and I'm a huge noob with PCs. Would this be able to run Arma 3 on Ultra settings with about 60+ fps or is that too much. Also sorry if it's confusing and what not I just looked up what might be good on youtube but I want to be positive thank you.

Not constantly,no but that is not because the PC you listed is bad. There are areas of certain maps/missions with certain scripts that tank the frames in the lower 20`s on some (or rather most) systems but i wouldn`t worry about that too much since the game is enjoyable even if the framerate isn`t constant 60+

Imagine it this way: You have 50-60+ frames in the woods or the open field with some tanks,a good bunch of soldiers and an attack chopper overhead but the same setup inside a bigger city only delivers half of that. There is nothing anyone aside from Bohemia could do about that,hopefully they fix everything with release of the new Expansion and DX12 support. If not,you can always buy a certified NASA rig,that should do the trick.

The game will work very well on your machine,just be sure to install it on the SSD and you`ll be fine (aside from the problems EVERYONE is facing)
