When reading, tcham! worked.
In my case I went out in a group of mods that use starting from a Launcher created by my team.
Launched by the option WITHOUT MODs and I enabled one by one to find that the mod
[] was in trouble.
The problem seems to be when you read the saved file and not in the save file or something. The file is there with all your progress. The problem seems to be the time to READ / LOAD the save file.
The secret is to copy the save file and not make changes to 'addons' and 'MOD' throughout the Campaign.

[. Arma3Save] is the extension of the SAVE file.

@A3MP is currently adding addon dependencies to saved games. It is doing this because the config files within it contain references to Arma 2 content. Despite the developers of this mod being told about this, their response has been that "Noone plays singleplayer so it doesn't matter" or "this mod is for MP only".
While they appear to be doing a fine job with the project overall, this attitude saddens me and limits the potential of the mod.
Edit: In short, don't play single player with @A3MP running until the modders sort it out.
Edit 2: You should also generally try to avoid ever creating/playing scenarios with unnecessary mods/addons loaded as it will write a dependancy into the mission/save file.
