Linux BugReport: Vsync doesn't work

I don't know if i should report this here,,,
i'm playing this game on Linux just fine, but the Vsync doesn't seem to work, drivers are updated and all (to the stable version, not the experimental) and of course the Vsync option is enabled in the game's settings.
Everything else works really nice :)

For me vsync actually does work, but I first need to disable vsync -> confirm and then enable vsync->confirm.
