Feral are happy to announce the launch of Empire: Total War and all additional content on Linux. The game requires 64bit native and supports Ubuntu 14.04 or SteamOS.

Multiplayer support is restricted to Linux vs Linux.

What about AMD GPU? In steam story i see is "AMD 6000 series+", so HD 5000 gen is unsupported? I have HD 5850 and in laptop 5650 so i can't play?

You might be able to play Damon, however it means we have not tested your specific hardware so it is not officially supported.

Is it normal that the font is very small and hard to read?

The font is the same as other platforms, dropping the resolution if you are running super high might help you. There are also a few mods that can bump up the font size with only a few side effects.

I'm on 1366x768 so not super high resolution. I'll try those mods then. Thank you for your answer. You did a great job porting that gem! :)
