Is there a way to disable sharing a specific addon?
I have a handful of client-side addons that change some small things in the UI. Some of the people I've played and used Addon Share with do not want to use these addons, sometimes because they prefer the default UI, and sometimes because it results in missing textures being plastered across entire menus. Is there any way that I can stop Addon Share from making people download them without disabling or uninstalling them myself?

ive been trying to get rid of this halo hud that was downloaded through it for months now and nobody has seemingly had this issue. Please if you or anyone knows how to get rid of it help me

xGordon_Gaming_TF2x Don't they get stored in a separate folder in your Garry's Mod save? Try deleting it from there.

The simplest way is to disable gui addon before creating multiplayer game. Many of GUI addons have their own toggle options as well
