not having to listen to the most terrible voice overs during the campaign. a game has ever had.

That is a huge advantage to me.

Quality, and it's free; while not as complete, obviously, it looks and feels much more smooth and modern than BoE. Not to mention that the mod is going for what is essentially a WW1 version of RobZ Realism mod. BoE on the other hand isn't concerned with realism.

so the real war diffcuilty wasen't for realism sake? ;P

lol there is a huge difference. This is free and has a more authentic WW1 style where you need a ton of infantry along with artillery to capture an objective and the voice overs/sounds are awesome. Especially the Germans who sound like they are right out of Call of Duty 2

great mod is pretty good but boe includes more vehicles (such as junovicz) than the great war mod
